Our Story
Founded in 2024 by Maciej Marzęta, M3L Software brings 9 years of enterprise-level development experience directly to startups and growing businesses. After serving as a Backend Team Leader at a leading unicorn tech company, our founder launched M3L Software to work directly with clients who need senior-level expertise.
Our founder holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciencefrom AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow — one of Poland's leading technical universities. Throughout our founder's career, he has architected payment systems processing millions in transactions, built scalable backend solutions for unicorn startups, and led technical implementations that serve thousands of users daily.
Beyond coding, our founder is an active member of the tech community, having spoken at PyCon Italy 2023 and 2024on topics like Python best practices and FastAPI performance optimization. He also maintains a technical blogwhere he shares insights on Python, FastAPI, async programming, and performance optimization.
